The whole world is on sale! The latest idea in real estate online is to list every home and let the market tell the owners what they would pay. A litany of real estate sites have begun trying to list every home and let the market make offers. Zillow has the "make me move" program where they ask owners to post the price that they would absolutely sell at. Finnish real estate site Igglo lets potential buyers ‘pre-order’ houses that aren’t on the market. The site has photographed every building in Helsinki and several other Finnish cities and combines them with satellite images and maps. Their motto: "your house is already on Igglo". If Igglo snags you a buyer they’ll charge you a low commission of 2%. The site attracts over 50,000 visitors a week, one of which was from Benchmark Capital Europe who invested $15.7m US.

There’s a misconception about Igglo only being in Finland… We’ve landed in Oslo: http://www.igglo.no/ 😉
